Melching was contracted by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph to complete the demolition of the Nazareth College Motherhouse and four additional campus buildings in Nazareth, Michigan.
The project involved the controlled removal of large, aging institutional structures with historic significance and complex environmental requirements. Before demolition could begin, Melching coordinated extensive asbestos abatement and regulated material handling to prepare the buildings for safe structural removal.
